TERMS and CONDITIONS All service prices are starting prices. Final prices may vary based on hair condition, length, density, and any additional services required. Your stylist will inform you. Deposit Requirements: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for services that requires a deposit. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. With a deposit and you “no-show”. A “no show” is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice. If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited to a future appointment. REDOS/ADJUSTMENTS: If you find yourself less than thrilled with your hair results, please reach out to our salon directly. While we don't offer refunds on services performed, we're dedicated to making your experience right. We're happy to make small tweaks or adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. We want to emphasize that this service is intended for genuine concerns about your hair, not for simply changing your mind or seeking free services. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the quality, and we're here to listen and do our best to address any reasonable requests. EXTENSIONS: We're dedicated to bringing your hair dreams to life with extensions at our salon. Offering a diverse range of brands and installation methods, we tailor each extension experience to match your unique hair and desires. Our commitment to customization ensures that every install is a perfect fit for you. It's crucial to recognize that extensions come with no guarantees, regardless of the circumstances. That's why we insist on a thorough consultation before any extension appointment. We believe in transparency and want to establish clear, realistic expectations from the start. Please understand that once the service is completed, refunds cannot be provided. For a consultation, please reach out to the salon directly. Note, there is no refund or exchange on extensions as it is specifically for your custom hair service. REFUNDS: Regrettably, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances, whether it's for products or services. Please refer to our Redo Policies if you're dissatisfied with your results. SERVICES INFORMATION: I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions for receiving a chemical service at LUNA & FLOR SALON: I understand that chemical treatments have different effects on different hair types and colors. I agree NOT to hold the salon and the hair technician liable for any issues in the event of unexpected or undesired results. I understand that any further alterations or corrections will be provided at my own expense. I understand that previous treatments and chemical services can continue to have an effect on my hair. It has been recommended to me that I fully disclose my previous treatments to my stylist prior to the treatment. I understand that the chemicals may have unexpected and undesired effects on the metals in my jewelry. I verify that I will remove my jewelry for the duration of the treatment. I understand that my stylist is a certified stylist who will try his or her best to create my desired results. I understand that the best way to assist my technician is to be clear about my requirements. Stylist Expertise: I recognize that my stylist is a certified professional who will make every effort to achieve the desired results. I understand that my best contribution to this process is to be clear and specific about my needs and expectations. Liability for Product Reactions: I understand that, although all products used during my service are of professional quality, there is a potential for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other adverse effects. I agree that LUNA & FLOR SALON and its stylists are not liable for any such reactions or unexpected outcomes. I take full responsibility for informing my stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities before the treatment begins. Important Information About Chemical Services Chemical services such as perms, hair coloring, relaxers, and keratin treatments use solutions that can cause irritation, burns, or allergic reactions in some clients. Client Acknowledgement By moving forward & acknowledging this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following: a. I understand that chemical treatments contain active ingredients that may cause reactions including scalp irritation, burns, or allergic responses. b. I have informed the stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities I have prior to the service. I understand and accept the risk involved with chemical services. c. I accept full responsibility for any reaction that may occur. d. I will follow all post-service care instructions provided by the stylist. e. I agree to notify the salon within 48 hours if I experience any adverse reactions so the salon canrespond promptly. f. I understand that if I report a reaction after 48 hours, the salon may have limited ability to assist but will offer guidance on how to manage the reaction and recommend seeking medical attention if needed. g. I understand that gratuities are considered payment for services performed and are non-refundable. h. I release LUNA & FLOR SALON, its stylists, and employees from liability for any allergic or adverse reaction that occurs from the chemical service. By acknowledging this agreement, I confirm that I have thoroughly read and fully understood this terms and conditions. I agree to proceed with the chemical service under the terms and conditions outlined above. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions during my appointment and have received adequate information. Additionally, I agree not to hold Luna & Flor Salon or any of their stylists liable for any allergic reactions, undesired results, or other adverse effects. By signing this consent form, I agree that if I fail to show up, reschedule, or cancel my appointment with LUNA & FLOR SALON with less than 48 hours notice—or if I cancel or reschedule on the same day—I will be responsible for paying a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service appointment fee.
